I am the Founder of The Shift Studio, a people innovation and career design consultancy dedicated to helping professionals adapt, evolve, and thrive in the age of AI.

 

With over a decade of experience as Head of HR and People Operations for fast-growing tech startups and a Master’s degree in Psychology, I combine strategy, human behavior, and technology to help individuals stay relevant and future-proof.

After spending more than ten years on the internal side of organizations — building systems, developing people strategies, and shaping workforce design — I saw a growing gap between how fast work is changing and how prepared people are to keep up.

Now, I am helping professionals bridge that gap. Through The Shift Studio, I will educate individuals how to leverage AI, build adaptable career foundations, and develop modern skills that keep them ahead of the game — no matter where the world of work goes next.
